AltaPay merchants using Rapyd acquiring are experiencing a delay in merchant settlements due to an external systems issue.
Rapyd reported a temporary systems outage with Banking Circle which is the service used to process settlements. Because of this issue, merchant payouts scheduled for July 16, 2026, could not be processed.
Rapyd has indicated that they expect these delayed payouts to be completed and processed today, July 17, 2026. We will share updates if we detect any further expected delays.
