Altapay - Some transactions are not searchable – Incident details

We have identified an issue with our reporting pipeline where a small portion of payments might not show in:

Search Results
Payments Pages (Orders, Attempts, Agreements, etc)

It is affecting:
Reporting - Both from the User interface and API

Payment processing is unaffected.

We are investigating and we will keep you posted with any updates on resolution.
