Our engineering team is currently investigating a temporary performance issue affecting transaction processing times across our gateway.

While transactions are continuing to process, you or your customers may experience delays in transaction confirmation or authorization responses. We are actively analyzing system metrics and working to restore standard performance speeds as quickly as possible.

We are currently investigating a network issue causing intermittent connection failures when making API calls.

The overall impact is low, affecting only a small subset of requests. Our engineering team is actively working to pinpoint the root cause and resolve the issue. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

AltaPay merchants using Rapyd acquiring are experiencing a delay in merchant settlements due to an external systems issue.

Rapyd reported a temporary systems outage with Banking Circle which is the service used to process settlements. Because of this issue, merchant payouts scheduled for July 16, 2026, could not be processed.

Rapyd has indicated that they expect these delayed payouts to be completed and processed today, July 17, 2026. We will share updates if we detect any further expected delays.

We are currently receiving reports of issues affecting the Mastercard 3D Secure (3DS) authentication service. This external issue may negatively impact your Mastercard transaction processing, leading to increased timeouts or failed authentications.

Our team is monitoring the situation.

We have identified high response time with our Shopify Integration.

Payments with other eCommerce Platforms or direct API integrations are not affected.
