    Our technical team traced the issue to a change in firewall configuration. While we have successfully mitigated the problem and confirmed that payment processing is fully functional, we are continuing to investigate the underlying cause of the firewall change to ensure long-term stability and prevent future occurrences.

    Our technical team has identified a problem with the 3D Secure (3DS) authentication flow within the Shopify embedded application. Because the 3DS verification is not functioning correctly, customers are unable to finalize their payments at checkout.
