    This is not affecting transactions processed via Nets or Shift4.

    Our engineering team is actively looking into a communication issue between Rapyd and the downstream acquirer that may be preventing transaction batches from being properly sent and settled.

    What this means for you:

    • Processing: Active store transactions are still completing successfully.

    • Payouts: Pending payouts or settlements routed through Rapyd may be temporarily delayed while we resolve this connection issue.

    We are treating this with the highest priority and are working closely with the acquiring partner to ensure all affected funds are settled as quickly as possible
