The terminal supplier is working on the issue and have identified the issue and are working on correcting the issue.
It seems to be an issue with processing Mastercard when the acquirer is Rapyd/Valitor.

We are currently investigating an incident where many in-store transactions are being affected. Some stores are affected more than others however we do see a very high decline rate in other stores.
Online transactions seem to be unaffected.

This incident has been confirmed by Rapyd to have been resolved.
The issue originated from one of the external service providers. Rapyd is worked closely with them to ensure full restoration of service.
Rapyd as well as the AltaPay teams continue to monitor the systems closely to ensure ongoing stability and performance.

Rapyd has confirmed that they are working on solving the processing issue.
We will update you as soon as possible.
Currently all Visa/Mastercard (including MobilePay transactions) processed via Rapyd is being declined.

A processing issue towards Nets has been identified. Impact: Currently most of the payments that are processed with Nets as acquirer are affected; Update: processing danish cards with other acquirers is also affected. Cause: The problem has been identified to be caused by Nets processing platform; Actions towards solving the issue is ongoing and we will keep you updated. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue is causing.
